Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return on any defective item due to the manufacturing process and item shipped in error. Any discrepancy in order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of order. All returns must be in original packaging with tags in original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed. Contact us immediately and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Simply e-mail us at foxybabes@rogers.com and request an RMA number and the reason for returning the item. We do not accept collect shipment.

Our reply e-mail will include the RMA number and instructions for returning the item.
 

NOTE: Do not return any items to the warehouse without a RMA because they will not accept any packages without an RMA number.
 

Please note that federal law prohibits the return of “ Intimate Apparel “ once they have been worn. We strictly adhere to this law. Therefore, all sales on items that are worn are final. Open hosiery are not returnable. Costumes order between Oct.1st and Nov 15th  are not returnable.

Please be aware that some online sites are offering returns on intimate apparel.

For your own health and safety consider that some of these sites simply reship returned items that may be worn by others.

Items received after the 14 days period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense. Please choose color and size carefully before placing your other. If needed you can use the size chart.


All returns for a refund will (minus shipping cost and 15% restocking fee) in most cases we can exchange an item for the same in a different size or color.
